The sculpture includes: Mixed media base of faux bronze consisting of fronds, a fan, and umbrella leaves all surrounding a detailed tower entwined with vines and glass leaves upon which our fairy may rest. Our fairy is accented with draping sleeves of faux antique lace accented with a flower and crystal design. Her coset is sculpted faux bronze detailed with design and is iridescent in color. A lenghty drape of lace falls from her waist along with golden cords with glass, turquoise hued leaves. Her wings are of gossamer inlaid with turquoise jewelers wire in an intricate pattern of scrolls. She is from a romantic, forgotten time, a reminder of past dreams!
